About Acupuncture
Acupuncture is performed by inserting very fine needles into specific points on the body to facilitate the movement of qi (pronounced 'chi') or energy. Traditional Chinese Medicine holds that the correct flow of qi in channels ('meridians') throughout our bodies is necessary for optimum health. The disruption or stagnation of qi flow can manifest as a wide range of ailments or illness.
Cupping
Special cups are used to create suction on the skin to modify muscle tension and blood flow within the body. Cupping is a modality within Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to help address pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and overall well-being.
60 min Acupuncture Facial + LED Light Therapy
A swift but satisfying treatment to target root imbalances, calm the nervous system, help tone muscles, stimulate collagen and elastin production, increase circulation and enhance overall well being. Here we use facial and body needling + LED light therapy followed with facial massage, cupping and gua sha. This is an express version of longer acupuncture facials and does not include a cleanse. Because of this, please arrive with a clean face. This treatment is covered under most extended benefit plans.

75 min Acupuncture Facial + LED Light Therapy
Each treatment includes a combination of facial and body needles + LED light therapy to target root imbalances, help with muscle tone, melt tension, stimulate collagen and elastin production, increase circulation, regulate the nervous system and promote overall well being. Every treatment includes high quality skin care and SPF application. This treatment is excellent for all ages and the treatment focus will vary depending on your own unique personal goals. For best results a series of 8-10 treatments at once per week is recommended. This treatment is covered under most extended benefit plans.

This is the ultimate treatment to enhance your wellbeing.
