What is SuJok?

SuJok takes its name from two Korean words: su (hand) and jok (foot). It is a system of acupuncture built on the idea that the hands and feet hold a map of the whole body, with a corresponding point for every area and system.

Treatment focuses on those correspondence points using fine needles, gentle pressure, seeds, magnets and moxa, so it can be a good fit for people who prefer not to have needles placed on the body. SuJok is offered at our Yaletown clinic with Bara Hladik, R.Ac, Certified SuJok Therapist.
